EPOCH is currently preparing for launch. Final shipping and return policies will be confirmed before the first release.
Shipping
Once EPOCH launches, orders will ship from the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Order Processing
Processing times will be listed before launch. During high-volume drops, processing may take longer than usual.
Returns
We plan to accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within the stated return window.
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags when applicable.
Final return rules will be posted before launch. Items marked final sale may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges will depend on inventory availability. Because early drops may be limited, size or color exchanges may not always be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@epochapparel.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
